Holis AI is an add-on to Holis Suite: an assistant that answers questions about your numbers inside the software, plus a connection that lets Claude and other AI apps read your data. Each person can only ask about what they are allowed to see.

Ask inside the software
- The assistant button sits in the corner of every screen; on a phone it opens full screen.
- Ask about revenue, orders, appointments, clients, treatment packages, stock and ads in everyday words.
- Figures come from the reports and orders in the software; client phone numbers are masked.
The owner decides who can ask what
- The assistant uses the permissions of whoever is asking: no access to revenue, no revenue answers.
- Turn the assistant on or off for staff; set a daily question limit per person and for the whole brand.

Connect Claude and other AI apps
- Copy one link, paste it into Claude, sign in to Holis and you are done. This kind of connection is called MCP — a common standard for AI apps to read data from other software.
- Tick the data groups it may read; unless granted separately, client phone numbers and emails are sent as ***.
- AI can only read, never edit or delete; every read is logged, and Disconnect stops access immediately.

What does Holis AI include?
Two parts: an assistant for your numbers inside the software, and a connection that lets Claude or other AI apps read your brand’s data. No monthly fee: pay as you use through the AI wallet; each product includes ₫30,000 and the Complete Suite ₫100,000 of wallet credit every month.
I am not technical. Can I still connect Claude?
Yes. Copy a link from the “Kết nối AI” (AI connections) page, paste it into Claude and sign in to Holis. A step-by-step guide with screenshots is included. Any AI app that accepts MCP connections works, not only Claude.
Can staff ask about revenue?
Only if their account can see revenue. The assistant asks with the permissions of whoever is using it: if someone cannot open a report, they cannot get it from the assistant either.
Is client data sent out freely?
When you connect Claude, only the data groups you tick can be read; unless granted separately, client phone numbers, emails and addresses are masked before sending. AI cannot edit or delete anything, unless you separately allow it to record ad figures. Every read is logged.
Does asking a lot cost extra?
Questions in the assistant are charged to the brand’s AI wallet by the model you choose and the length of the question, and you set a daily question limit. Asking through Claude does not use the AI wallet. Check AI answers against the original report before making big decisions.
